Firesafe Group maintains a fully integrated in-house fabrication capability, supported by an internal design team of more than 14 specialists and a dedicated pipe fabrication facility located at our Bibra Lake head office. We are the only Western Australian fire protection contractor to offer this level of end-to-end fabrication in-house, giving our clients direct access to specialist knowledge from early contractor engagement through to construction, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
Our fabrication facility manufactures specialised fire system pipework across a wide range of sizes and configurations, with the capacity to deliver both standard and highly complex assemblies. All fabrication processes are quality controlled, ergonomically designed and supported by strict occupational health and safety systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes backed by full workmanship and materials warranties.
In-house fabrication also enables Firesafe Group to provide rapid response and after-hours support, where urgent custom pipework can be produced to minimise downtime and keep critical systems operational. Pipework can be supplied in a range of finishes, including primed, painted or galvanised, to suit project specifications and site conditions.
